There are many ways to help your hair grow quickly, even if you already have long healthy hair. I know for some of you no matter how many hair growth products you try your hair seems to only grow to a certain point and then stop. But if you stick to the following tips you will see your hair begin to grow past the “stuck” phase, healthier and quicker than before. Only use organic/natural hair care products, especially if you want to help your hair grow quickly. Products that are not made with natural ingredients can harm and damage your hair, stopping it from growing healthy like you want it to. Natural hair care products that are made from natural, organic herbs, essential oils, vitamins, minerals, etc are much better for your hair.
Mira, an essential oil, has been known to be very effective. It’s a natural oil made from herbs which can help prevent thinning in hair and dandruff. Also, you need to read ingredients on products and look for ingredients like Aloe Vera, lemon or lime, jojoba, rosemary and sage. I always tell clients, if you can’t pronounce the ingredients then you really shouldn’t be using the product on your body.
For healthy hair growth you should also need to look at your diet. Eating healthier foods helps your hair grow in addition to the natural product you use. Adding a Hair, Skin & Nail vitamin supplement helps your hair from within as well. You should get a lot of B vitamin and mane strengthening nutrients to push hair growth to increase rapidly. If you enjoy sea food, eat more of it, because it includes healthy proteins and vitamins vital to hair growth. I’m a vegetarian so instead of eating sea food I opt for a protein shake in addition to my fruit, veggie and grain routine.
Drinking plenty of water is vital also. It helps to hydrate the scalp and hair from within and also helps to flush toxins out of your system.
There are no magic hair growth remedies. Hair will not grow long over night. But if you stick to the above tips you will definitely notice a difference in the health and length of your hair over time. Leave a comment and let me know what you think 🙂
